Quarantine DnD Characters 4: Evocation Wizard

During the corona pandemic, I ended up playing a lot of DnD over Discord, and often doodled my characters down. This one is a bit les developed than the others, but I kind of liked the sketchiness of it. The basic idea for this was to have a wizard who acted like a g-man and had his spellbook chained to his arm as if it was the nuclear football.
